Donations given to Agape Unlimited are tax deductible in accordance with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service rules and regulations. Gifts may be given from individuals not from the United States; however, Agape is NOT allowed to give a receipt for a tax deduction for other countries than the U.S. Please contact local tax authorities regarding how this gift affects your taxes. If the need for a ministry project has been fulfilled or cannot be completed as originally anticipated, the board of directors may re-direct unused funds where needed most.
