#1 "Unreached" people groups

In Russia there are more than 50 "unreached" people groups living isolated from the rest of the world. Agape feels called to help these "unreached" people with their medical needs and also to share God's love with them.

Please pray for strength, courage, and safety for Agape to travel to these remote areas.

#2 Russian Orphanages

It is sad to know the future for most of these kids, ... statistics show that 80% of the girls will become prostitutes and most of the boys will go to prison after they are released from the orphanage. Agape is still able to enter these schools and orphanages, to help children with vitamins, school supplies, and medical consultations for their problems. The orphanages are filled with children who WANT to know more about Jesus.

#3 Isolated Villages

Agape sometimes travels by horse sleigh to reach isolated villages deep in the forest. Often these villages have no medicines, no medical care, resources or supplies. Agape helps them with both their medical and spiritual problems.

#4 Nenet Families

Most families in the Far North are dysfunctional. The father is often an alcoholic, the families are often separated, and so the children suffer.

Please pray that Agape can help these people understand that God can fill the emptiness in their hearts better than Alcohol.

#5 Agape Health Kits

The Agape Health Kits have the potential to save lives in these remote and isolated villages. Each kit has vitamins, antibiotics, gauze, bandages, antiseptic, a New Testament, Gospel bracelet, Christian literature and many other useful items. These kits are designed to meet the medical needs of four people, such as a family.

#6 The Word of God

In addition to bringing medical help Agape also helps the local church to distribute Bibles, Christian literature and other spiritual help. Agape does not work alone, but always in cooperation with a local Evangelical Church to help meet both the physical and spiritual needs of a person.

Please pray for the resources to take God's Word to these remote places using our medical clinics.

#7 Tundra medical clinic

We traveled 24 hours beyond the Arctic Circle and then 8 hours across the tundra by snowmobile to a Nenets village. We came to help this people with their medical problems and share God's love with these "forgotten" people.

Please pray for the "forgotten" people in Russia, that Agape will be able to help them with their physical and spiritual needs.

#8 Deaf Nenet girl

This young girl is "Deaf" due to a chronic ear infection she suffered as a child. Simple antibiotics could have prevented this problem. Life is drastically different for people who have no access to basic medical care.

Please pray that Agape medical teams will be able to help these unreached people groups with both their physical and spiritual needs.

#9 Tundra medical clinic

Sometimes people travel several hours by reindeer sleigh to bring their children to our medical clinic on the tundra. These people have no access to medical care but their hearts are open to hearing about God's love for them.

Please pray that Agape can go to these unreached Arctic people and show God's love through the medical clinics.

#10 Russian Children

This young child lost both of her parents. Her father committed suicide and her mother died of cancer. There are approximately 1.2 million homeless children in Russia. The future for Russian orphans is not good. These children have little chance of their life ever getting any better, and their only hope for any comfort and peace is with God.

Please pray for the orphan children in Russia and for Agape to be able to help these children medically, emotionally and spiritually.

#11 Tundra villages

Agape travels to isolated villages on the tundra of Northern Russia. It is difficult to travel here. These isolated and remote villages can only be reached by reindeer sleigh and snowmobile.

#12 On the tundra of Northern Russia

This family probably would never have heard about Jesus Christ and His love unless Agape had gone to their area and shared God's Love.

#13 Nenets baby

Infant girl babies often have dislocated hips, which are inflicted by their parents because of ignorance and superstition. They believe that dislocating a girl baby's hip will prevent them from having more girl babies!

Please pray for Agape to be able to go and help correct these harmful superstitions by sharing good medical care and God's love.

#14 Baptism through the ice

Agape has done medical clinics in the prison camps of Northern Russia, helping not only the prisoners but the guards and their families with medicines and humanitarian aid. Agape has witnessed the changes in prisoners lives who have accepted Christ as their Savior. Russian prisons produce some of the most dedicated and sincere Christians in Russia, because, they know they are sinners and that Christ can and does make a difference in their lives... therefore when they accept Jesus as their Savior..... they want to be baptized NOW... not next spring.

#15 Siberian unreached people

These people are very poor and have no modern conveniences. They have no running water, indoor bathrooms, or central heat and often no electricity. They live deep in the mountains of Siberia and seldom ever see outside people. Agape works with the local church to help these "disappearing people" medically, physically and spiritually.

Please pray that Agape can take more medical teams to these forgotten people.

#16 Arctic hospitals

Many hospitals are only outpost on a frozen frontier. Often they have no medicines, no microscope, no laboratory and poorly trained medical personnel.

Please pray that Agape can find the resources, medical equipment, medicines and supplies to show these people God's love.

#17 Pediatric hospital

This boy has been living at the hospital for 6 of his last 15 years.He has nephritis and his kidneys only partially work due to an untreated "strep throat" when he was small. He has almost no bone structure due to taking medicines for many years. Agape was able to help by purchasing this medical appliance that his doctors requested for him. Then he was able to get out of bed and walk!! He wondered "why" these strange people would help him; he found out about God's love and both he and his mother became Christians.

Please pray for the thousands of children in Russia who have no access to good medical care.

#18 No antibiotics

Children living in isolated areas of Russia have skin diseases easily treated with simple penicillin. Often, they have no penicillin or antibiotics in many of these villages. A lack of antibiotics causes large numbers of children to have serious heart and kidney disease.

Please pray for the children in Russia to get adequate medical care and that Agape can help more of these needy children.

#19 Siberian unreached people

A team of 5 people traveled all day across 5 mountains and through 7 mountain passes on a dirt trail to do a medical clinic in a remote Siberian village. Along the way we passed these "yurts" where shepherds live and take care of their sheep. So, we stopped for tea and to rest awhile.

This is a girl who had never heard about Christ, but her eyes seemed to be asking a million questions.

..... Why didn't more people come?

..... There are millions of "Unreached" people like me who have never heard about God. Are you going to GO and tell them about God's Love?

.... Does anyone care about people like me?

Please pray for more LABORERS to go with us to the Siberian mountain villages, the Taiga never ending forest, and even to "The Ends of the Earth" to share God's love with people who have never heard about Him.
